Dr. Sanchez received training in Family Eye Care, pediatric eye care, Dry Eye Syndrome, Specialty Contact Lens fitting and Cataract and Lasik co-management at his externship in San Antonio Texas at Alamo Eye Care and TLC Laser Eye Center.
Dr. Sanchez is a avid member of the Houston Community. He has enjoyed working with Prevent Blindness Texas, performing vision screenings and organizing volunteer events for the people of Houston since 2003.
Prevent Blindness Texas awarded Dr. Sanchez with the Outstanding Volunteer award for his services. He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Sanchez enjoys watching basketball games, especially the Houston Rockets. He loves spending time with his wife Iris Sanchez, a Pre-K teacher, and his family. He and his wife also have an adorable puppy, Daisy, who they love taking to the park for walks.

and all aspects of the fitting of contact lenses.
